Please follow the directions below to ensure a smooth return process.

When you receive your purchase, examine it carefully.  If for some reason you are not satisfied with the order you receive from www.LadyBikersLeather.com, please contact LadyBikersLeather for a return materials authorization form.

Upon return and receipt of the product(s), www.LadyBikersLeather.com will exchange, refund or credit the item, less appropriate adjustments for shipping and handling - NO QUESTIONS ASKED

 

Please Note:

U.S. Residents wil not be required to pay for shipping charges for items received with defects or damages (zippers, snags, non-fixed features).  Customers must pay shipping both ways on items that need to be exchanged for size issues.

Please Insure Properly, incase the package is damaged/lost by courier.

All products must be returned in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible) and with all paperwork, parts, accessories, etc. so as to ensure proper credit.

NOTE:  We adivse that when shipping products back to LadyBikersLeather, you choose the same shipper as when the product(s) was delivered and insure them the item for the full value should anything happen during shipping.
